Processing & Shipping Policy

  • All orders require up to 14 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Once shipped, customers should expect to receive their order within a total timeframe of up to 28 business days.
  • Processing and shipping times may vary during holidays, sales, product launches, or high-volume periods.
  • KSSMYCHARMS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • KSSMYCHARMS does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final.

Return & Replacement Policy

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order regarding any issues.
  • If you fail to contact us within 24 hours of delivery, you will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or store credit.

Eligible Returns

Returns are ONLY accepted if:

  • KSSMYCHARMSLLC shipped the wrong item to the customer.

Return Conditions

  • Approved returns will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • No cash refunds, card refunds, or payment reversals will be issued.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Affiliate Program Policy

To become an affiliate with KMC:

  1. You must first make a purchase from KSSMYCHARMS.
  2. You must create and tag KSSMYCHARMS in promotional content featuring our products.
  3. If the KSSMYCHARMS team finds your content eye-catching and suitable for our brand, you may:
    • Receive free packages/products
    • Receive a personal affiliate code

Affiliate Earnings

  • Affiliates become eligible to earn 10% commission after 10 successful uses of their affiliate code.
  • Until then, affiliates may receive:
    • Discounts
    • Free products
    • Promotional opportunities

However:

  • Free products, payouts, and discounts are not guaranteed at all times.
  • KSSMYCHARMS reserves the right to approve, deny, pause, or remove affiliate opportunities at any time.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing from KSSMYCHARMS, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all store policies, terms, and conditions.

Customers understand that:

  • Filing a payment dispute or chargeback after agreeing to these policies may be considered fraudulent activity.
  • KSSMYCHARMS reserves the right to submit evidence of policy acceptance, order confirmation, tracking information, and delivery confirmation to financial institutions or payment processors in response to disputes.
